Eat your veggies
Just got the idea for this salad from my professor
and I can't get enough of it.
Black eyed peas, chick peas, black beans, cucumber, yellow bell pepper, cilantro, white rice vinegar and a tiny bit of olive oil. Chop it and mix it. Add some pepper and squeeze a lemon over it. So yummy.
