dreamland

i found this studio in asbury park and fell hopelessly in love with the outside! the downstairs studio is for rent and it's almost in my price range. the house is a few blocks from the beach. record stores and coffee shops are just around the corner. the inside needs a little attention. i'm trying not to fall for the first place i look at...let's just say i'm smitten.

secret beach

i love adventures and i love new places! last week jess and i set out to find a secret beach. something that wasn't ocean city, something that wasn't wildly over-populated, etc. after what seemed like an aimless drive through deleware marshes we were successful! this little gem is tucked away in new castle, only 40 minutes from my door! we had an onion ring picnic and i tried to serenade her with love songs from my mom's transistor radio. the place is covered with little stones, shells, driftwood and sea-glass! i already made a necklace with my findings. i can't wait to go back, maybe for a night picnic!
